South Holland Youth Council is an independent organisation committed to improving the lives of young people living in the South Holland area of Lincolnshire, in the United Kingdom.

We are a democratically elected council of young people who share a passion for politics and strive to be listened to.

The SHYC was set up in July 2006, following elections in secondary schools to appoint young people as members. Being a democratic organisation, a new cabinet of members was elected to the youth council in March 2008.
